Joao and his team do a very professional job. I recommend them to all my neighbors and clients that insist on quality work.They may not be the cheapest, however one gets what they pay for and Rainforest always does a great job, just drive by any of their clients and it is easy to see.
Rainforest is excellent. They have provided us full service landscaping services for 2 year. Beautiful work. They have the equipment and staff to swarm the yard and get everything done quickly. They blow on the mulch with even distribution, nice edging, prune bushes and trees. Blow off decks, porch and driveway every time. Very reasonable rates
They are very accommodating and keep to a consistent weekly schedule, ensuring that the lawn and landscaping are well maintained. They also use common sense, and on occasions like this Summer when we were experiencing a pretty significant drought, they held off on mowing, where other companies I’ve used in the past have happily mowed dirt and charged me the regular mowing fee,
They are not professionals, they winterized our sprinklers and blew out 2 valves and one sprinkler head. They left and never came back to fix it.I called the office several times and they never called back to address the issue.They are Irresponsible, dishonest and unprofessional.If you hire them, make sure you take pictures and make a video prior and after the job is performed.Don't trust them to work in your house without the presence of the owners or surveillance camerasaround the house.0 Stars... Great communication, professional, honest, and always on time. We are very happy with the results. Rainforest has done a great job on drainage, stonework, and landscaping projects for us. The crew works extremely hard and cleans up well afterward. High quality work!
