Trying to get ahold of them is basically impossible. Took multiple months to get initial lawn maintenance setup. Trying to get some extra work done and now I'm on month 3 of "you'll get a call back" repeats. They do ok work, they're pricey, but their management is absolutely terrible. Edit: I got a phone call, received some excuses and a 50% discount for the following months service. Was charged again today and I did not get a discount. Because I'm out of town, I am not entirely sure if the extra work was completed even though I was charged. Overall, incredibly mismanaged. Do not recommend. Edit 2: Eventually got a 50% discount for one month of service after a few months. I've now moved out of my home and trying to call to cancel service has been met with no pickup even after leaving a couple voice mails. DO NOT use this company for your service if you want to be able to communicate about anything.
