This is our first year & experience with Everett’s! Our kids gifted us with snowplowing due to our health conditions. Today, your highly skilled plow professional did an amazing job & also helped the neighbor across the street with the deep snow at the bottom of his driveway that the city donated! My husband & I are thoroughly impressed & very thankful for a timely job done extremely well done! Thank-you! (PS: I don’t have our driver’s name, but please be sure to give him a raise!!!)
Hired them to lay out and install a small project. The communication from them could have been much better. . The estimator was in such a hurry, I never got to finish talking to him before he left. I had set up a time to meet with the job Foreman at the beginning of the project to iron out the details of this job. He didn’t show up. I had to call and find out where he was. The receptionist was rude.The final complete project was ok. They never adjusted the 3 sprinkler heads they moved, and they sprayed the house, windows, everywhere other than the yard. Broke one head(gear drive was stripped out)One of the bushes was installed so it was a foot and a half off from center between 2 windows. Workmanship was sloppy. Actually had trash packed in a hole in the dirt.The Core Values that they advertised didn’t end up meaning much.Passion- I didn’t see passion.Excellent customer Service- I was highly disappointed .Exceeding expectations- Not even Close.Professional Workmanship- it was more like a Marketplace “Weekend Warrior”Trustworthiness- They couldn’t Keep an Appointment we had.
Existing front lawn was so bad we decided to completely remove it. They did an excellent job in removing old lawn and replacing the topsoil, then hydro seeding the area - even late in the summer and early fall. They were very helpful in coordinating with the company installing a new sprinkler system as well. Their team was friendly and professional on our property, and their customer service was excellent. Our lawn is now coming in before the snow falls. Would definitely recommend working with Everett’s for your landscaping needs.

A couple years ago we purchased a home in West Michigan in March, when the property was covered in snow. As we would soon find out, the yard had never been properly graded, and the entire irrigation system needed to be replaced. There were no planter beds either, so for the sake of curb appeal and weathering around the perimeter of the house, we knew we needed a comprehensive solution. He consulted on plant selections patiently and openly, sharing his deep knowledge and understanding of the Michigan climate.Our property has a lot of grass, and we wanted to make sure to get the best bang for our buck, so we signed up for the incremental fertilizer program. I can’t even tell you how many compliments we receive regularly on our grass! The color, the health, the thickness - it’s stunning - well worth the investment. With two dogs and two kids, we can’t say enough about how much we’ve valued the partnership with Alex and the Everett’s team!
