We are beyond thrilled with how the landscaping that Luke and his crew did for us. We had brick edging put around almost our entire house as well as several beds, which were all curves. They were very detailed oriented fitting everything precisely and making sure everything was leveled and put at the angle we requested. lCommunication was great before and during the projects and we appreciated the emailed updates after each day, We will definitely use again for any future projects!
Luke and his team did an awesome job removing small trees, grading, hydro-seeding grass and wildflowers & planting decorative plants. Luke is not only knowledgeable but is responsive, cares about his work and pleasant to talk with. This was a very challenging project due to the extreme nature of our backyard but Luke stuck with it, and prioritized a quality outcome over a quick turnaround which was important to me. In a word: outstanding. Our backyard has a heavy clay base and much water funnels into it making it a mud hole. Luke diagnosed the problem, created a French drain solution, executed the plan, and I'm reveling in the results. No more water issues! Torchwood took on a major drainage project for my home, and they absolutely crushed it! Luke designed and installed an underground drainage system that routes the water away from my house and landscaping. I had a ton of standing water in my grass when it'd rain or when snow would melt, but now it's all totally diverted! Torchwood is amazing and I'd 100% recommend them to anyone in the Grand Rapids area. Torchwood's pricing was very very fair, and they started and completed the project super timely!!
Luke is a professional landscaper and a customer focused business man. The job was on time and completed to our satisfaction.
