When we did $100,000 job last year the customer service was fantastic…… then we are told that we needed to pay for their warranty? Then we agreed to pay for the warranty and a few thousand dollars of additional work… on this small job we had it scheduled for the first week in July…..never heard back so we called to see what was up? Was told they moved us to the end of the month and never even asked us? Then we we asked about it he said the solution was to move us till fall?????Also we paid for a 14’ tree that died from day one…… the replaced it with a tree half the size, said the big ones were all gone and they would replace it in the spring with a tree comparable to the one we paid for? Never happened!
Great company to work with! Last summer, we worked with Tyler to devise a "Life After Lawn" design. Turned out beautiful! So much so, we called them again this Oct. to take out more sod. (after OUTRAGEOUS water billing) Tammy promptly got things rolling and we have additional landscaping that adds to the enjoyment of our front yard. The team worked with updating our decades old sprinkler system so things should be better bill-wise. Very pleased with Fisher's service and customer care.

Hit or miss on technicians, front office leaves much to be desired, will attempt to charge for poor workmanship.We had a gentlemen come out to make a fairly simple repair to fix a drip leak from the main to the vacuum breaker. While he was a very nice person, he took quite a while to fix the issue ($200+). Roughly a week later the repair broke completely and flooded the yard. The same gentlemen came out and tried again. Again, roughly a week later the repair broke completely flooded the yard. I finally asked for another technician to come out and he did a wonderful/proper job very quickly.None of the above would actually bug me too much (things happen), however the front office sent bills each time to try and collect the full cost of each repair to fix their own work ($200+ each time). I explained that the visits were to repair poor workmanship (which I stated when requesting a new visit each time) and she did state to ignore all invoices except the first. We did. Months later they are still sending these invoices with past due notices despite stating they should be ignored because of poor workmanship. The front office also has poor communication skills, is slow to reply, and in general seems to have a poor operation. If it wasn't for the continued frustrations with the front office, I'd be happy to use them again. Instead they insist on not backing up their work and being poor to deal with. Sadly, I will not be doing business with them again.
