When I first contacted Manor, Carlo told me his company was not the least expensive, but by far the “best” in his field in Guelph.
We hired him for several projects and were always pleased. We are seniors living in a townhouse and our latest project was a large stone patio with a wide staircase built between two walls. Carlo said the stairs were 40% of the entire backyard cost. After 4 years, one side of the stairway wall was leaning and required repairs. Carlo claimed the stone wall damage was caused from water and ice from the roof. If the initial work had been so exceptional, it doesn’t seem likely it would fail from a typical Guelph winter. There are no children, nor pets and only 2 seniors using the backyard.
The repairs were done at what we feel is an “outrageous” repair cost, since Carlo concentrated on keeping repeat customers.
We will not use, nor recommend this company again.

Carlo and the team are all very professional and pleasant, from the initial contact for an estimate through to the end of the job. The crew that came to the jobsite were skilled and worked very hard and efficiently. Very happy with the landscaping and will definitely call on Carlo again for future projects. Thank you!

Wow! We had the amazing pleasure of meeting Carlo Mann today. What a lovely person with a big heart. Our special needs (LRC 10) class was at Rocky’s on a year end trip, celebrating a graduating student. Mr. Mann saw our class there and bought us all lunch! What a wonderful surprise. Julie , the architect, is also wonderful very helpful and extremely knowledgeable ,easy to reach by email if any questions regarding plants , trees ,colour and layout of stone walkway and pad infront of the shed.

They have been great from the time we first spoke to a question I had a month after the work was done. Very amazing customer service.
We told Carlo what we were looking for and he made suggestions that we never thought of and love everything they did. We’ve also had many compliments from all the neighbors
