I have a running contract with this company for summer grass maintenance and fall cleanup. For the grass maintenance, they came and cut the grass up but despite having a fall cleanup schedule, they haven’t come even once to clean up and it’s already time for winter(Nov 15th today). The property look absolutely untidy with all the fall leaves in the front and back yard. The rain is making it even worse for us to clean up now. And over and above all of this, they charge a lot for it. I was going to give them snow clearance contract but I rather do it myself than rely on these people. If you mean that the fall cleanup will be done only once a season, I don’t think that is fair for the price you have quoted. You charged me $830 plus taxes for the fall cleanup. Also, when I did call the number listed on google, I was told that I am on schedule and no specific date was given.

Fantastic company! They have been doing our maintenance since the start of the season this year at our home and business. Recently I ask them to do a small project ( patio and garden) in the backyard. The quote was fair, the team showed up on time and did an exceptional. If your looking for an all around company that could do anything you needs outside your house, give them a call, I know you wont be disappointed.

They did fantastic work; the crews were super knowledgeable and worked quickly to finish the job on time. I received a follow up call within 2 days to check that I was happy. Our front lawn was awful. After years of careful grooming and management, the bugs (and neighbours mess floating over!) required a full replacement. We received a couple of estimates. Decided to go with Paramount. Took a few weeks for call backs but understandable given the busy time of year. What we got was a good price, a very professional finish and from Dave who came out to measure and organize to the two fellows who did the work (and very respectful and hardworking), our front lawn with a bit of basic landscaping (armour stone and plants), looks fantastic and no doubt my $$ outlay is coming back to me in home value. Curb appeal !!!!!! Thanks Paramount. Its only a few weeks and we trust all will be good in the spring.
