We had new landscaping installed in our front yard, old mulch removed and new mulch installed all around our property. Karen was great in communicating with us and referring us to her “go to people” (who were also great to work with) to assist in completing our project. Everyone was responsive and reliable. The price given for the work done was also reasonable. Karen was on site each day to make sure the work done was to our satisfaction and address any issues. Her crew was hard working, polite, neat and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving each day. We are very satisfied with the work completed. Thank you!
Great experience! Diamond Lawn Care Services is extremely easy to work with. They listen very carefully to exactly what we wanted. They are extremely professional and executed all phases of our garden to perfection. What really made a huge difference was the irrigation system that they implemented. Every planting had its own drip line. Watering the many plants in our garden is simple as can be. We will recommend Diamond Lawn Care Services to all our friends and neighbors.
I've used Diamond for several years. They are wonderful. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. My lawn and shrubs are 16 years old, but look wonderful. They have mulched all my beds and planted beautiful perennials. I'm constantly getting compliments on my landscaping. I told Karen to treat my lawn as if it were her own and she does. Working with Karen & Mike (owners) has truly been a pleasure. They are in constant communication with their clients and keep them informed on every step of a project. From the initial visit, to the estimation and confirmation of work, to the billing and continual communication, there is pretty much a clear picture of everything before the work even starts and throughout the project.The crew is also fantastic. Very polite and personable guys who do an outstanding job and are willing to speak with the property owner and pass along information when necessary. Whenever they come to do a job and leave, it’s like they were never here ... always conscientious to clean up work areas.I was surprised and impressed when Karen would show up to inspect the work to ensure everything was being accomplished as she expects. We contracted Diamond Lawn Care Services during the quarantine for a backyard project, and it turned out awesome! Worth every penny. We were always embarrassed of our backyard due to so much dirt and weeds but they were able to turn it around within a matter of a few weeks. They were kind, responsive, and gave great advice on what I should do with my yard.
