Several customers praised Plant Nerd's landscape work and installation; one described supportive help through a turf-removal project, while another noted a neatly completed succulent garden and follow-up replacement of a plant that died. One customer said almost all the agaves were dead and that they had been told it was a watering issue, but believed a beetle had been in the plants from the start; the same customer said another tree died after being described as recovering and that the company wanted to charge for further work. That customer also said two pots lost their glaze in less than a year and the company wanted to charge for replacements.

Now the agaves are almost all dead which I was told was a watering issue. In reality it was a beetle that was in the plants to begin with. Another tree has died which I was told was doing fine and coming back. Plant nerd doesn't take responsibility and wanted to charge me $2300 more! Stay away from this business.

I spent over $15,000 to have what I felt was a relatively minimal amount of plant placement with one small tree removed. This included two pots in my front yard, both of which have lost their glaze and have precipitation on the outside which I was told was due to water. Plant nerd planted the pots, and established the irrigation and drainage. They’ve been in less than a year and now they want to charge me to replace them. Very disappointed in how the plants overall have turned out and unhappy about replacing pots so soon. Beware, nothing is their fault.

Fantastic Team! I can't say enough good things about the services Plant Nerd provides. Just completed a turf removal project (for my 92 year old mother's front yard) with Plant Nerd and they could not have made the process easier. Super supportive, patient and helpful with the MWDOC turf removal program, yard design, walked us through the process, removal, install and follow up. Incredibly responsive and everyone from initial contact, to design, to installation crew had an awesome attitude! If you're looking for a GREAT company to help with turf removal and/or general landscaping don't hesitate to go with Plant Nerd. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
