Luis does a fantastic job of handling the Laurel Gate HOA in Buena Park. Luis has great communication. He responds promptly to my emails, which is important, because as a property manager, I need quick responses to my emails. Luis' crew is very thorough. They take great care of the lawns, hedges, irrigation lines, etc. Luis' company even does cement work as well, so if an irrigation line needs repair, and it runs underneath a cement slab, his crew can break it up to access the line and then pour cement to make a new cement slab.

I watch these guys do a tree maintenance job across from my property. They ruined thousands of dollars of trees in the landscape. This is no joke. They topped and pollarded every tree except for the ones they left. The ones they left were horrible, they did absolutely nothing to them and they are in horrible condition ! It was no rhyme or reason to what they did and no sign of any type of training. They straight up whacked every tree they touched. Now I have to stare at this monstrosity every day. I have been an ISA Certified Arborist since 1991 and have NEVER seen a company destroy a landscape this bad EVER.
I just want to say that I walk by this crew at brook dale in west garden grove when they are working and they are so courteous. (Unlike most crews) they shut off the equipment as I walk by so I don’t get her by flyingg debris or get dust blown. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
Bob really knows his stuff. There is no substitute for experience, and he has been at this for a long time.
