Reviews
What customers say
Customers praised helpful service, including the Rubberstone crew and an on-time, informative home sales visit. Follow-up drew criticism too: one customer said the company took months to reply about an estimate and then did not follow up, while another reported over a year of unanswered calls about dead plants and paid to replace them.

Wanted them to fix my landscaping and maintain it. Took months for them to call back and say they'd come out for an estimate the next week. Months later, still never heard from them again.
If you can't get a timely and reliable response for an estimate, I don't see how they'd be that reliable for the actual work either.
