Teach your staff how to use the traffic circle you are so closely located to. This morning a truck hauling red machinery on a trailer decided it didn't need to yeild to the vehicle already in the circle. Had I not braked he would have hit my 7m old baby in the back passenger seat.

I had Brothers install a privacy fence. The fence is great. There were a few details that were missed (not cutting the 4x4 etc). However the gate was poorly thought out and constructed. It is heavy and already sagging. I have already changed out the teeny tiny handle Brothers had used, and had to replace the latching system. My biggest disappointment is no one followed up after the install to see if I was happy with the work. Customer service 101 fail.
They called me once to tell me I hadn’t paid the balance even though they had never invoiced me and I told her the gate was wonky and that no one had followed up thinking that would spark a call. Nope.

5 Stars for customer service. I reached out for a consultation, and I got a friendly call back from the scheduler. Paul was on time for the consultation, and he answered every question on my list with his thorough knowledge and a very respectful attitude. Definitely consider Brothers if customer service matters to you.
