I prepaid for a seasonal service, my only request was that I be notified when the tech was ON THEIR WAY to my home so that my wife or I could a secure or dog, & so we'd know exactly when service was done so we would know how long to keep him off the grass. That request was honored 1 out of the 4 times a tech was here, only the first visit. After that we knew they were here when we saw them IN THE BACKYARD. I called about it twice, never did any good. Finally called to cancel service after the treatment applied left dead strips of grass for a month & was assured that "We're so sorry, we'd sure like a chance to earn back your trust & make it right" So I did, because I'd already paid for it. And you failed, again. My business was yours to lose & you have. 4 chances to do better is 3 too many.
