We hired Lawn & Leaf Solutions after dealing with constant standing water and yard flooding every time it rained. Our backyard stayed soggy for days, water was pooling near the foundation, and previous fixes from other contractors did absolutely nothing.
From the first visit, it was clear these guys specialize in yard drainage solutions. Ross took the time to explain why our clay soil was holding water and designed a custom French drain system specifically for our property.
The installation was clean, professional, and fast. They used high-capacity drainage pipe and not the cheap black pipe or big-box materials other companies push. After the first heavy rain, the difference was clear. Water moved away from the yard and foundation within minutes instead of sitting for days.

The end result looks great however the owner does not know how to professionally run the business. What was a week long project was drawn out into a month long one. The second half was like pulling teeth. The owner did not follow through when he said he would - he either did not show up or arrived multiple hours later causing unnecessary stress. It is unclear if he has a consistent employee to help him and be prepared to help fund your project as you go. I will not return to that business for any future needs. However, the work looks great, just comes at a peace of mind cost as well.

Had Ross come out and cut a swale to divert water away from the house. He was out and done within the week, and the swale is doing a great job getting the water away from the house.
