All around excellent snow removal service. Yesterday I spoke to Nick, the owner, on the phone to inquire about the annual services. Nick was friendly and professional, and offered a fair rate. After comparing his offer with that of a few other companies, I signed up for the yearly package. The front of my house driveway and walkway are configured in an unusual way, so Nick agreed to come by my place to check it out so he could see for himself and clearly convey my requests to his crew. This morning I woke up and looked out my second floor window to find a perfectly cleared driveway and walkway. I am impressed with every aspect of this business and expect that I will be a long term customer over many years. Thanks Nick and crew!
We rent a duplex in Kalamazoo and Westwood Lawn Service has been absolutely amazing every single time they come out. Their team is friendly, helpful, and genuinely great at what they do. There have been times we forgot to pick up the kids’ toys in the yard, and instead of getting frustrated, they jump right in and help us gather everything without hesitation.One visit even involved a snake that decided to crawl under their mower! The two guys who were here kept things light, joked with us, and handled the situation with such patience and good humor. Even that didn’t slow them down—they got the snake out safely and still finished the job perfectly.Their communication is fantastic, their work is top-notch, and they are consistently kind and respectful.
