They were timely on arrival...That was the only good part. They charged 3 hours work for a very small yard. Having owned and operated my own yard service company i expected top quality work for the charge. Sorely dissapointed.
I had a rental property that needed a good yard cleanup. I told them I would like a max of 6 hours spent on it. They came and did a great job cleaning it all up and only spent 4 hours, so it came in under budget!
He sent a girl with little 2 no experience. She showed up with only a rake and a shovel. She was a very hard worker but didn't have the experience or tools to do a proper job. I called 2 try and get him 2 come see and fix the job but got no reply 3 times. I now have 2 hire and repay someone else's 2 do the small landscaping job.
Cale left me high and dry after he was supposed to deliver some supplies and aerate my yard. He no showed twice after I had booked two days to complete the work in my yard. Then he said he would do the work for cost as a good will gesture and to avoid a bad review...He ghosted us again. Now we have weekend plans booked solid until late June, and I work out of town during the week. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional to waste my time like that, and not even have the courtesy to let me know he just wasn't interested in the work anymore.
