Now I can’t speak for the quality of service, but my experience with this company is on the road. I was waiting at a red light to go straight through, when the truck behind me drove UP ONTO the sidewalk on my right and drove past me just so that they can make a right hand turn. I was flabbergasted, and then even more so when it was a work vehicle for this company. Whoever this employee was, maybe don't do this in a work vehicle, because this was an extremely poor representation of your company ??

Went to Lyons and had a very informative and educational chat with Tana, who gave me some advice for a short term fix and a plan for the fall. I found out later, she is the Garden Center Manager who took time out of her very busy schedule to share her expertise with me.
Colin has some very knowledgeable & experienced staff promoting his vision of great customer service and being the best at what you do.

Fantastic garden centre! I love that they have a an assortment of sizes and prices in the same plants so you can choose for your budget or have a big showy garden off the bat. From Peonies to hostas and shrubs to trees! All the plants I have bought have flourished and have keep coming back stronger every year. I bought 2 Japanese Maples as gifts for my husband, and they were a hit! I have also bought tons of decorative rock garden cover, and stepping stones that are the finishing touches to my garden. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Definitely stop by and have a wander through their big selection of beautiful plants and garden accessories!
