Yep. It was me. I busted up my sprinkler line pretty good with a shovel. That pipe was one tough "root" too but I powered through it :) Thankfully, SS kept me from digging myself even deeper into a financial hole. That top notch tech even found a 2nd gusher the fiber Internet company cut a few months prior. That one wasn't my fault.

We had used SS irrigation last year for the back-flow testing, they were the better price of the ones is called. When our sprinkler system had a leak this year I called them again. They were booked out for weeks (3-4 weeks), day of appointment they call say they are running behind- no problem it happens. Then crickets. Nobody shows up, so at 630 I Call the office and leave a voicemail. They call me the next morning talking about “we can reschedule you for next week” NEXT WEEK? For them missing my appointment. Save yourself the hassle.

It was a bummer to hear that initial appointments were booked out for weeks, but I went ahead and scheduled one anyway, and I'm so glad I did! Felipe was fantastic. He expertly troubleshooted, adjusted, and even taught me a lot about my sprinkler system. He clearly explained the issues and his solutions in a way that was easy to grasp. The quoted price was fair for the thorough work he performed. Now I understand why this company is so busy – I'm completely satisfied with the results!
