I originally left a negative review because there was some issues during the project. However, I’m updating my review because Gladiator Sod reached out and made everything right. I honestly have a lot of respect for a company that is willing to own a mistake and take the time to fix it. That says a lot about their character and the way they run their business. It would have been easy to ignore the issue, but instead they reached out, followed through, and made sure everything was taken care of. In today’s world, it’s rare to see that level of accountability and customer care, and I really appreciated the effort they made to correct the situation. Because of that, I will absolutely be using Gladiator Sod again in the future and would recommend them to others. It was genuinely refreshing to see a company step up and make things right.

Recently had Will and his team do a 3500 sq ft sod installation. Excellent communication from quote to finishing the job . Showed up on schedule and worked late to get the job done. Would recommend Gladiator Sod to anyone looking for quality work. Very pleased with the job.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Gladiator assess a landscaping project?

During a free on-site estimate, the team walks the property and considers drainage, slope, soil condition and project goals before recommending work.

What is the typical timeline for Gladiator's sod installation?

Each installation starts with site preparation and grading, then the sod is delivered and laid during the same week. The process ends with a watering plan for East Tennessee summers.

What preparation does Gladiator request before a sod or hardscape project?

For sod installs, the company asks that the existing lawn not be watered for two days beforehand; hardscape projects require underground utilities to be marked.
