I have been a customer since September of 2018. I have not once even considered looking for another company. They are communicative, efficient, thorough, and incredibly detailed oriented. The price has always been fair and changes only as needed. AJ has also repaired my fence and gate for me a few times. I have never been unhappy with the quality of work or quality of person sent to my house. You could not find a better crew to work with.
I called AJ because I needed help with planting garden beds in my yard. I could tell they were very busy, but they took the time to walk me through my options and what they could do for me. He even scheduled a same day estimate and was willing to work me into his schedule short notice. AJ delivered great care and customer service. I will be calling them again the next time I need help with my yard.
I wish I could give these guys great reviews, like other people here, but I really can't. I scheduled a mow and yard cleaning on a Friday. After being a no show I get an email saying they didn't make it out, which happens. But instead of coming out the next day, they come out three days later. When I get home later that day I see some work has been done.Large patches of grass were missed all over, what was cut is very uneaven, there is trash laying around in my yardbthay was hit by a lawnmower but just left there, leaves and branches are still everywhere, and when I checked my yard cameras I see leaves we're just blown off into my neighbors yards, for which I am responsible for and have to make appologies for and clean up.So when I contacted The Green Dude about a $100 invoice for this mess, this was the response:"You are right it was not our best work and I apologize if the leaves got blown on the neighbor’s lawn. Please take a $20 discount on this invoice."No offer to come out and fix it, the mess is still there and I am still being charged $80, plus need to go fix it myself, along with my neighbor's yards, or spend even more money to have someone come do it. I am very sorry, but I cannot recommend The Green Dude after this. You are better off finding a kid that can use $20 and hire them for this kind of results. Posting pictures so you can see I am not just being a jerk.UPDATED: One star added after I did a review and contacted them about it I received what I felt was a sincere apology and a clearing of the air. It doesn't fix the bad experience, but it does show an effort.
