EBP Landscaping

Amazing customer service! Also very prompt, does everything with precision and within any HOA compliance. This is a company that cares for their customers. Paris Caldwell provided exceptional service. I would recommend this business to anyone!

We hired Paris with EBP Landscaping while staying at our family’s rental home in Florida, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience from start to finish. From the very first contact, he was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Paris was quick to respond, showed up when he said he would, and took the time to really understand what the property needed instead of rushing through a basic service. The property had been neglected for a bit between guests, and he completely brought it back to life. The lawn was cleaned up, trimmed, edged, and shaped beautifully. In addition to the yard work, Paris repaired and reset landscaping rocks that had shifted over time, making everything look clean and organized again. He also fixed sections of the retaining wall, taking the time to make sure it was stable, straight, and visually appealing instead of just patching it temporarily. Trees and bushes were cut back with care, not hacked or rushed, and everything looked balanced and intentional when he was finished. You can tell Paris takes real pride in his work and pays attention to details that many others would overlook. What stood out the most was the attention to detail. He didn’t just mow and leave. Paris cleaned up thoroughly, removed debris, and made sure the property looked great from every angle. It honestly felt like he treated the home as if it were his own. When you are dealing with a rental property, especially one you are not local to, that level of care means everything. The yard and hardscaping looked better than it has in a long time, and we immediately noticed how much more welcoming the home felt because of it. Neighbors even commented on how good the property looked afterward, which says a lot. Pricing was fair, transparent, and absolutely worth the quality of work provided. If you are looking for a landscaping professional in Florida who is reliable, hardworking, respectful, and truly cares about doing a great job, Paris with EBP Landscaping is the one. We will absolutely be using him again whenever we are in town, and I would confidently recommend him to family, friends, or anyone who wants their property done right the first time. Highly recommend!
