We contacted this company for a complete landscaping project for a semi-detached house. Here is a summary of our experience, from November 20th to December 4th.Initial communication:An appointment was scheduled for noon on November 20th. No one showed up. I had to call the company for a follow-up, but the information I received was limited and didn't clarify the situation.Missed and rescheduled appointments:A representative (Pier-Luc) then contacted us to reschedule the appointment for 2:00 PM the same day, but ultimately canceled it at the last minute, citing an unforeseen family matter, and rescheduled it for November 21st.On-site visit:The November 21st visit lasted approximately 15 minutes. No measurements were taken or detailed notes were recorded, even though we were told that this type of project was common for the company.Follow-up and quote: We were promised a quote within 10 days, by December 2nd. Having received nothing, I followed up on December 4th. I was then informed by text message that the company would ultimately not be providing a quote for our project.I wrote to the owner to understand the situation. I was told that the project ultimately fell outside the company's area of ??expertise and that I could be referred to other companies.Given the missed appointments, the delays, the necessary follow-ups, and the final refusal after two weeks, our experience was not positive. We are therefore sharing this review to inform other potential clients.
