The service we received today was top tier. The cutting, edging, and blowing was all done very efficiently and in a timely manner. I recently hired Augusta lawncare to cut my yard. I signed up with them online and got a message stating that someone would reach out to me to schedule an appointment. The next day I noticed that one of their trucks were outside at my neighbor's house so I called the office just to see if they could add me to the schedule. I was told I was already on the schedule. I said oh...ok in the future can someone let me know because I have a German Shepherd and I need to make sure she's inside before anyone goes back there. After the tech was done with me neighbor's yard, he came over and started mine. He finished the front and began the back which was really long. He finished the back and left. He came back a few mins later to inform me that he couldn't get it low as the front due to the length and he couldn't get his lawnmower in my backyard because of how steep it was. I told him none of the other yard companies had that issue before. He then explains to me that his equipment can't get down there. I finally just said ok and said goodbye. I finished working and decided to go look in the backyard about an hour later. I was totally disappointed with what I saw. There were grass clippings everywhere. My backyard looked like it had chunks or patches or grass and it was just messy. I took pictures and called them this morning. I was asked to email them the pictures. I get a call back from one of the managers. He introduced himself and says, " i looked at the before and after pics and it looks like your yard hasn't been cut in over a month" I said, it's been almost 2 weeks and with all the rain we've been having the grass has gotten over grown. He then responds "what exactly are you wanting us to do about your yard?" I said, uhhh, clean up the clippings?? I wasn't expecting to go back and see patches of grass everywhere. He then proceeds to tell me that when you sign up for a maintenance company such as their's, they "maintain " your yard and eventually get it to an acceptable height. They don't pick up the clippings... these clippings will eventually die and feed the soil etc, etc.... i said I've never had anyone leave my yard in such a mess and I no longer want this company to service my lawn. He said he'd go ahead and cancel my service. But I'm just shocked at how they can think that leaving a person's yard in such a mess is acceptable?! If you're a lawn servicing company, shouldn't you have the proper lawnmowers to get the jobs done? Shouldn't you have bags attached to your lawnmowers?? I've never dealt with such an......."interesting" company . If you're looking for a company that's equipped to handle your yard, I wouldn't recommend this one.

Prices are lower than the area average. Quality of the cut is mediocre. I don’t have the best yard in the world but I’d consistently see cut lines and uneven grass. Edges were not perfect and the scheduling was a bit unreliable. My prices also increased after the first 1-2 services, though it still remained a fair deal. I’d recommend this service if you are looking to get your grass cut at a good price. If you are detail oriented or care about your yard I’d recommend you look elsewhere. Company was easy to deal with as far as entering and exiting the scheduling process.

Disappointed with Service – Wouldn’t Recommend
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I hired them based on all the positive reviews, but now I seriously question their legitimacy. They came out for the first scheduled service even though the grass hasn’t grown yet, did practically nothing, and left leaves scattered everywhere.

When I raised my concerns, their response was that my service only includes mowing, edging, and blowing hard surfaces—but apparently not leaf removal! That makes no sense, especially for a first visit.

I’ve now canceled my account and won’t be using their services again. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest company, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
