I submitted an online request for an estimate to have lawn and landscaping services done at our home. I received an email confirming that they received my request, but I did not have any other communication with them. Apparently the field manager showed up to our house unannounced today and knocked on our front door, which also happens to be my husband’s office because he works from home. My husband was in an online meeting and could not take an interruption. Had I known that someone was coming to my home I would have gladly met them out front. When I called their office to explain what happened and ask them to please come back at another time, I was told that they wouldn’t be coming back and they hung up on me. When I called back no one answered. They apparently don’t want my money. It’s unbelievable that they somehow have 5 star reviews when this is the way they conduct business. I felt obligated to warn other potential customers.

Christmas lights and baking gingerbread begins the holiday season for me. I’d wished for lighting for years and when someone I loved died suddenly, I realized life is too short to postpone joy. Everything went so smoothly on my lights installation, from bid to prompt service. I’d worried the single outside outlet would leave unsightly wires around my front door, but they were so well hidden, I asked when it’d be hooked up. It’s too early for constant lighting, but I am popping them on to enjoy when coming home from our nightly dog-walk. Am so looking forward to this excellent view during the holidays! and I absolutely recommend their good work.
