They did a good job at the backyard. Originally the grade was wrong but they came back and fixed it for free. Would recommend.
Had this company come to install drainage for a problem with water pooling in my yard. They failed to level the yard correctly and have caused water to just pool in another area of my yard. Was told I was being too picky when I told them it’s not leveled right.Reply to owner.you asked if we wanted to keep our garden and we said yes we wanted too at no point did you say that would cause a problem. If you thought it would then have caused a problem you should have informed us before hand of your concern. We would have removed the plants. Also you where informed of square footage of the work area and that footage included the garden area. You at no point raised the yard 3 feet. You failed to perform the job correctly and have just been repeating the same excuses over and over instead of standing by your work.Please see attached picture of water pooling in my YARD the area where you preformed your WORK. This is not normal a yard should not be angled on a downslope so water is send towards a house.
