Very reckless driver in Longueuil. He blew snow on the head and in the face of my employee. I hope you guys will take this behavior very seriously and should not tolerate and accept those kind of actions.

Very disapointing, just like trashing your money to garbage, when you call, no answer, repeatively never passed to remove snow, they answer ''the snow tractor passed at 8H47, 3h22'' just like it would be more credible, but suprise! i got cameras and nobody went here, horrible customer service, horrible service, lying last contract with them. better remove snow by yourself.
Last year I contacted with progazon to maintain my lawn - they requested full payment at the start and according to their contract they were required to have 6 visits. I had to call them everytime and they came only twice. Eventually they agreed to refund me for their lapse which amounted to over $200 but agreed to pay only $50.00 which they never sent me. Not only they did not fulfill their contract they stole from me. I never deal with this company ever????
They do not clear snow during the night, we are a business and we have to plow snow ourselves to make an entrance. Its the same process every snow fall: they come and plow half of the snow very unintelligently it doesn't even make sense. Why half of both parking spot are still covered in snow ? They were too in a hurry to do any more ? I live in the woods in saint-jean and when I woke up everything was already plowed. This is non-acceptable. Worst plowing service company I have ever seen. Do not do any shady business with them ????????? finally they just never came after nearly 12h check photo at night. Very inconsiderate ??
