Customers repeatedly mention clear communication and fair, straightforward pricing. Many note strong technical skill with drainage, grading, and paver stabilization, including fixes for sinking patios and ponding water. Reviews also highlight punctual work habits, tidy job sites, and results that feel solid and long-lasting.

I’ve used Jacob twice now to do landscaping projects and both times were great experiences. Good communication, fair prices.

I called Jacob about my sinking paver patio. When he came by to look at it and give me an estimate, I quickly realized he knows his stuff! He pointed out where MSD had screwed up the patio and how he could make it almost bomb proof. His estimate was a reasonable amount.
Since he has finished, no more ponding rain water and no sinking. The bed he put in is so solid. I’m positive I will get many years of life out of it! He also was good about cleaning up and not leaving copious amounts of filth for me to clean up.
Jacob is very knowledgeable and I look forward to working with him again!

I have used Jacob for several projects, including helping to assess and correct a sink hole, as well as, put up fencing and removing a large tree stump from my yard. I would highly recommend his services: he’s punctual, efficient, and dependable. He’s completed all tasks professionally and promptly with estimated completion time. Thanks Jacob.

Jacob and his employees were exceptional. This was a really hard project. Space between houses was too tight for heavy equipment. They tackled this project and far exceeded my expectations. That has happened only a handful of times ever, haha. Very please with the result. They basically did the entire exterior fixing a drainage problem, retaining wall, paver patio, sod, boulder outcropping and flower beds. Price was very fair…not cheap but the quality is there. Example…the property had an existing poured concrete retaining wall with a concrete footing. I was concerned this would interfere with the paver patio install…Jacob basically just gave me the “don’t worry we got this”. When the time came he had a jack hammer and the diamond saw out shaving 3inches off the footing….holy work, that is not easy… I was very impressed. Results are beautiful. Also end of July heat….bringing material in by hand? Maybe 10 tons of material? Hats off to Jacob and his guys. Also, in the front yard I just asked him “what can you do up here?”. Very impressed with the result there. I think the landscaping will grow in nicely with very low maintenance. Thank you, again. Great work.

Laura Oglethorpe Borrego on Stone & Branch Landscape Designs

Jacob and his company did a great job transforming our yard. We bought a house with a totally over grown yard that was mostly sloped. We had Stone and Branch rip everything out, regrade so there was a flat area, build a retaining wall with a patio, and add plants and grass. From the beginning I felt very comfortable that they had the skills and knowledge to complete the job. They're busy so it took a while to get started, but once they did they were here every day until they were finished. The guys are super nice and enjoyable to have around - I will use them for all my landscaping jobs in the future! Including pictures of before and after.
