We have had a very effective communications with the team and any requests/concerns are addressed immediately. 3) Control of quality: William and his team truly stand behind their work and William himself takes the ownership of quality control. Once the project is completed, he does the quality check throughoutly and makes sure the work meets the design standards. He would ask the technician to redo the work if he found any defects even minor ones .
