Extremely disappointed in the quality of the Topsoil/Compost mix.

The number of Large, Clay masses (The stuff found UNDERNEATH Topsoil) are abundant, Large and nearly impossible to work with.
(Also, NOT an ingredient in Topsoil or Compost)

Even more upsetting to me personally…
In 2+ yds of product, I have found plastic debris in nearly every shovel full I’ve moved.

Maybe that’s just how things are these days, but I’ll definitely be testing that notion with a different supplier next time. Unacceptable.

Staff is courteous and when I was speaking to them about my landscape situation, you could tell they were actually listening to me. They genuinely cared about my questions and both were very knowledgeable about all products offered and had other suggestions for me as well. An easy 5 stars

We booked with them to install patio stones for us and a fire pit in our backyard I'm 2015. We called in may to book it he said they could get us in in June. They came and did a quote we told them the measurements and they said they could do it all and they would take the fire permit out. The first week of July I called them as I still hadn't heard from them. From then on it was a fight to get them here. Someone was always on holidays or they were always behind. They finally showed up mid September. They put our fire pit too close to the house (we even moved it before everything was set and they put it back "to centre it" even though it is against code) they did not take out the fire permit for us like they said. They did not make it to our specifications and demensions like we wanted. We had our own stones that we got from a friend. Some of them had paint on them, we figured becuase we had so many they would pick out the ugly stones. Nope now on top of all the other things we dislike about our new patio, we also have paint lines and smears on a bunch of the bricks. This company was extremely difficult to deal with and I unfortunately do not forsee us using thier services in the future.
