After moving out to East Memphis, I noticed that a lot of my neighbors had pretty decent, well watered lawns and that mine was worse for the wear. The previous owners didn’t have an irrigation system, and the grass was thin, weedy, sad, and sun burnt. After hand watering it and seeing little improvement, I called Manuel. He came over the same day and offered some great suggestions for improving my yard, which not only had the ailing lawn, but also water run off problems, erosion issues, and a few other things. In a short amount of time, and for a very fair price, Manuel and his team were able to address each issue as well as install what amounted to a new lawn (which came in beautifully) and a kickass irrigation system.
