We had Redwood do two jobs for us, a tree removal and a full backyard, and both times exceeded our expectations. The pictures here are the before and after of each job, both done with excellent craftmanship. Their quotes are very competitive; we had several quotes on both jobs, and each time Redwood bid lower and offered stellar quality. We mainly interacted with Walter, who is a wealth of knowledge and helped us make important material selections and design decisions along the way. That said though, everyone we spoke with and worked with at Redwood were professional, timely, and helpful, including the workers. Walter and the Redwood Landscaping team were absolutely amazing to work with! We reached out to Walter after having a very poor experience with another landscaping company. When we told Walter about our situation, he was very empathetic and transformed our backyard into everything we had ever hoped for! Walter is an incredibly nice person, is honest and fair about the work he does. We really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he could provide us with other ideas and suggestions to make our yard look better. He was very patient and professional through the entire process. He even met us for a trip to the nursery to pick our plants for our backyard. He was very understanding, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. It was also very easy to communicate directly with him and with his team. All of the guys that helped with the removal, installation, and completion of our yard were extremely kind and polite as well.
