Very poor experience with Francesco. As the photos show, he left a visible gap in the stairs and tried to cover it with silicone, making it look worse. He promised to fix it but never came back. Unprofessional and unreliable—be cautious about his warranty claims.In response to the owner:The work was done by Francesco, a Milton Stone employee. The job was sloppy, and although he promised to fix it, he never showed up—even after multiple calls to both the main contractor (Asphalt Aesthetics Club) and to Francesco directly.Subcontract or not, Milton Stone was paid over $6,000 (for about 40 sq ft of concrete slab and one step) and should take responsibility towards the client who paid.All I wanted was quality work, but future clients should know their warranty promises are doubtful.
