Alabama Lawn Care Pros

Very unprofessional and rude. I contacted this company for a leaf removal estimate and explained my situation in detail. I was quoted min $600 and was told someone would come out at 1:00 p.m. to assess the property in person. No one showed up, and no one called. When I followed up, I was told they never sent anyone and instead looked at my property on Google’s aerial view and decided it was “too much.” They admitted they assumed I would say no because the price might be high, so they didn’t even bother to call and cancel or explain. I told them I still wanted to hire them and wanted to get my leaves removed. After two days, they still never called back to provide any update or clarification. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this company.

Alabama Lawn Care Pros are the best in town. They’ve brought my grass back to life. They have also got my weeds under control. They are always professional, tidy, and excellent communicators via email, text, and phone. If you’re considering changing to another lawn care service or need one, I highly recommend their service.
