The company was contracted to maintain the business property (mowing lawn)Their staff are careless and do not own up to their mistakes. They would damage people's car. When confronted, or when HR called their business to make a complaint. They straight up denied anything or simply said they won't pay for the damage.Be careful, if you park too close to the grass they take "care" of, they will scratch your car and will refuse to pay for the damage because it's your fault for parking this far. It's the second time they damage a car where I work.
Brian Duffy’s team were exceptional. They went about their work of pruning numerous trees in our garden with a smile and did great job.Very satisfied and would highly recommended them.
WORST COMPANY EVER !!! . They make an appointment ( twice ) and don’t show and then when you text them and ask them why you waited for an hour for nothing they say they will call you back and never do. Then when you text them asking them to set up something else no reply . And of course the girl who makes the appointments needs to buy a calendarShe says we will come Tuesday morning then sends the confirmation for Thursday ( obviously a language issue ) I cant rate their ability but I can rate their customer serviceZERO STARS !!!They should change their website to sayArborist and excuse makersDONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM
Brian was respectful of the appointment time. He guided me through the process of applying for a permit to fell my apple tree. He spoke with the city inspector to speed the process as well as ensured that my house and property would be safe until he was able to get a crew by cutting tree branches that were close to the electrical wire and my house. Great and speedy service.
