P&G lawn services have revived my lawn and bushes. Started about one year ago and now have a grade A lawn and yard. There agents perform great and are very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was performed with great care to not harm an of the flower beds.Overall the job was well excited with instructions taped to the front porch to water twice daily for the seeds to germinate.I highly recommend this business.
We started with P&G this spring, after using Tru Green for the prior year and being very dissatisfied. Our yard had a ton of weeds, was thin and patchy, and had a lot of bald spots. Now our lawn is lush, green and weed free! When P&G comes, they are very thorough! They take the time to spray every weed, every time! We are so happy with the service they have provided! Great customer service too :)
If I could give this company zero stars I would, and it would still be too many stars. After 7 months of their 'premium' lawn service - nearly $400 a month - my yard looks like a piece of waste ground. As can be seen in the photos, we have numerous bare patches, and choked with weeds it looks like it has been neglected for months. I contacted the company and sent them the photos. During a subsequent call I was told that it was all my fault because I had not answered an email from them back in August authorizing over-seeding of the lawn. This is untrue. 1) I did not receive an email from them requesting authorization and 2) surely someone from their company should have noticed the increasingly sorry state of the lawn during one of their regular visits and raised the alarm with me in the meantime. The person on the call told me that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I have terminated the service and would suggest that you steer clear of them. I'm the best part of $3000 out of pocket and I'm going to have to pay again now to put it right.
P&G has demonstrated extremely high standards for service and quality over the past 5 years. We had grubs and fungus in our yard, and they helped to diagnose issues and advised us on the best plan. We would highly recommend!
Marlan and the team do a great job and take care of all our landscaping needs, mowing, fertilizer, hedge trims, spring cleanups and leaf management! We are out of state (daughter local in NC) and having P & G reliability and dependability is a pleasure! The house always looks great when we arrive - every time! They also keep us well informed and regularly make great suggestions for keeping our property looking terrific
