Ms. Mentzer has consistently exhibited outstanding landscaping creativity. Her implementations of her designs have drastically improved the overall appearance of our property. Her staff were equally very thorough and conscientious.
We had used Eric's for years and on the last visit to our property to treat our lawn they accidentally cracked and chipped a large chunk of our 3 wk old concrete patio. We reported along with camera photogenic they agreed to make repairs, after many calls and emails and getting nothing but "yes mam" we took them to court and won but they are awful at meeting their responsibilities. Stay away !!!
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Eric’s. They fixed my irrigation system , redesigned my entire landscaping, including adding a decorative wall. They even found a solution to my drainage issue on the side of the house. I could not be happier with the professionalism with everyone involved and the outcome is beautiful.
Fantastic landscaping company. They are second to none---all the way around. The crews are knowledgeable, professional and dedicated.Eric has employed the right people and must be mentioned: Loreano, Darnell, Alex, David, Delmar and Luis all went above in behind in designing and completing my drainage project.The project was requested to eliminate small lakes of water that form as a result of my property being lower than parts of my development.The project was consuming, involving digging deeper than anticipated and confronting issues which arose that the outside companies, ie, PSEG and Township water and Comcast failed to mark. However, it presented no problem to the project moving forward. That is because these people know their profession.After the installation, it doesn't even look like anything was done!!!Thanks to all the gentlemen who completed my project!!! Much appreciated.
