I used this company to have Govee Pro Lights installed. However, there is a connection issue with them. I have reached out multiple times to have this problem rectified. Dates and times have been confirmed on countless occasions on when they were coming to my house to check out the lights. The company never showed up ignoring both my phone calls and my text messages. I'm not sure what type of customer service this is but it is definitely poor from every angle. Multiple voicemails have been left which all went unanswered. Now I am left with Govee Lights that do not work on my house with no warranty, and no receipt. Thousands of dollars wasted on a company that could care less about the customer. Such a shame. Do not use this company for Govee Pro.
We used Juniors for Govee light installation. They were quick to respond to all of my questions and honest. The installation was done on a cold and windy day, but they did not cancel and stayed to guide us on how to use the app. We have recommended them to multiple neighbors! Go Birds!
What an amazing job Ryan/ helper did on our home.Took a few hours to make the home look like a million dollars at dark.I recommend this company hands down, easy to deal with ordered the footage that he needed for the size of my home and had it installed in the same week.Thank you again for making our holidays for us!!! Juniors came out to install permanent outdoor lighting for my house. Before that happened they came out to look at the area they'd be working with. They even brought a sample of the lights they work with. They presented pricing options and the pros and cons of each. They then asked me if I had any questions. The day of, they showed up about earlier than they originally said so that was good. A 2 man team was just right amount of people to get this job done which they finished quickly. I was then shown how to use the app for the lights along with being given a video that goes into more detail. 5 out 5 star
