Developing our humble vision into a fabulous paver patio, Justin Levine with Mammoth Outdoor Solutions was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, polite, and insightful. Communication was clear and friendly. Our new patio is incredible and is sure to be a big hit with our vacationing guests.
Where do I start…We have been searching for the right contractors for nearly three years to complete a vision we had for a backyard project. We had multiple contractors come out, but either didn’t like the sales person, the value being provided, the overall cost, or all of the above.Then stepped in Jessica Vantiegham…personable, a good listener, not overly pushy. She gave material books, provided examples of work performed, used flags and spray paint to give us a “feel” of the basic design. She communicated almost daily with project updates. She traveled out of her way over several months to bring us samples, 3D renderings for review, and put up with tons of indecisiveness and numerous questions at every turn. Her expertise certainly came in handy. She allowed us to be involved in every step of the project to ensure we were satisfied with the final result. She was even on the job in freezing temperatures-heavy coat, boots and a coffee in hand. Truly blessed to have had her for this project.As far as the crew performing the work. Eric, the Project Manager, along with Jason and Esvin, are the hardest working bunch I’ve ever seen. Promptly arriving every day between 7-8am getting everything prepped for success, including Saturdays. These gentlemen worked through freezing temperatures, rain, and an absolute muddy mess. With rain and mud, brought bigger messes. Each day, a skidder was used to move material from one place to another from the main street, across the driveway, to the backyard, and back. These guys pressure washed the driveway almost daily to ensure our personal vehicles wouldn’t get dirty, nor our HOA and neighbors get upset over the mess. To tell you what kind individuals these men are, they even fixed our reindeer decorations, twice, which had fallen over due to high winds-securing them with stakes to ensure they wouldn’t fall again. Lastly, the time and effort to do a top-tier job is unmistakable with this crew. When I tell you the final product exceeded all expectations, that is an understatement!To sum up this review…Jessica, Erik, Jason, and Esvin at Mammoth Landscape Solutions exceeded all expectations and we could not recommend them enough. 5/5 stars in every way possible. If you want your project done right by a team that truly cares about your vision and your home, give them a call-you will not regret.
We’ve had a tough time building our house over the years, working with tons of contractors that let us down time & time again. Our experience with Mammoth was truly the golden standard and I couldn’t celebrate Justin and his team enough.After getting a few quotes, I was so impressed with how thoughtful & clear Justin’s communication was. He didn’t just consider the task of building a retaining wall, but also the water flow and impact to our home and property. He was happy to spend an hour with me walking around my lawn and listening to my concerns and answering my many questions.The job started and finished exactly when it was supposed to, even though we ended up adding additional work. Within an hour of the crew getting to work I knew we made the right choice with Mammoth. The team was so efficient, immediately getting to work and keeping everything so clean along the way. This was a big one to us, because a lot of the contractors we’ve worked with have left tons of trash behind.Justin came out every day of the project to check in and answer any questions. We were so grateful for the extra time taken to advise us on the best next steps for future projects as well. He and his team were so flexible, going above and beyond the scope of work in every way. They said yes to literally everything- can we actually add more gravel? Sure! can you take a look at our AC pad? No problem! can you move this huge mulch pile for us? You got it!We decided to take advantage of the crew being here and added some French drains, and are truly thrilled with the outcome! The retaining wall looks amazing, and again the cleanup was impeccable. Absolutely nothing left behind, and all mud covered with straw and seed. We are so grateful to have worked with Justin and his team, and I will recommend Mammoth to anyone that even vaguely mentions landscaping in casual conversation.
