Editing my review and changing my rating. They did amazing work initially but communication and scheduling with them is horrible. I need some repair work on an irrigation system they installed less than a year ago and a month later I’m still waiting for someone to actually show up and fix it, despite being told a few times that someone will be out on a particular day. They don’t show up or call to reschedule. I have had to make several calls. They even refuse to schedule an appointment time that will work for me. Was told they will do it when in the area which would be fine if they actually showed up when they said they would.I will not recommend them to anyone else.——-Elite Coastal has done such a beautiful job at my home!In my back yard, they did landscaping design/installation, a paver walkway and a STUNNING patio. Their crew worked in the brutal heat of the summer to build this patio, so I have huge respect for their employees getting the job done during the heat. Lighting was installed on my patio and in the landscaping.In my front yard, they mulched and did curbed edging of my flower beds, moved a palm tree for me/built a bed around it, and installed a vinyl fence around my propane tank.Irrigation was also installed in the front and back yards. I found the pricing to be comparable to another company I contacted.The only negative thing I could say is that communication was a little lacking when it comes to appointment times. The day before the start of a job, I was told the crew would arrive around 10 am. At 11 am I called to inquire why they were not yet at my home and was told they got hung up on another job and would arrive around 1. I called again after 1pm since they still had not arrived and was told they would be there soon. They finally arrived after 2pm. I understand that delays happen due to weather or unexpected issues, but them calling me to tell me my start time was delayed would have been appreciated, so I didn't have to wonder and then call myself. Regardless, this was not enough of an issue for me to reduce my rating.I love that the business is family-owned and run. From the consultation, to the design, the installation and even billing, this family is hands-on throughout the process.Their staff is always pleasant when speaking with them. In particular, Destiny (who does the scheduling) impressed me with her friendliness and politeness.I would highly recommend Elite Coastal. I am so pleased with my gorgeous new yard!
We could not be happier with our experience with Elite Landscaping!They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly professional and had outstanding communication throughout the entire process. The workers were phenomenal, and the whole project took only 3 days. We are absolutely amazed at how quickly they transformed our ugly patio into a gorgeous sanctuary overlooking the golf course behind our property. We truly can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality landscaping. We will definitely be continuing our partnership as we have more landscaping planned.
