Adrian was awesome! Excellent customer service and a great eye for detail. He listened to what I wanted, took notes, pictures and I received a quote the same day! He was punctual and completed the job on schedule. The yard looks beautiful, and was exactly what I wanted. When he was finished the job he also cleaned up, even where his truck was sitting while he was doing the Landscaping.I would highly recommend this hard-working young man man!
Thanks to Adrian our front and backyards have been transformed from plain looking open lawns to vibrant appealing landscapes with a great mix of trees, shrubs and flowers. I recommend Adrian highly. This past Spring, in order to revamp my back yard/garden area, Adrian did a thorough preparation of the aforementioned area, then installed extra much needed landscaping ties under some fence panels and laid good quality sod in a meticulous fashion, with great attention to detail. My new back lawn looks perfect! The aftercare he provided often and the advice he gave were invaluable. Adrian’s customer service was above and beyond as he also helped me out with a couple of other issues. I am extremely pleased with the quality of Adrian’s work. I’m hoping to have him back again next Spring to perform another couple of miracles on my property. I apologise to Adrian for not having written this review sooner but better late than never! ????
We started using UPSCALED YARDS about 4 months ago for our north-end Nanaimo strata of 10 units. We’re pleasantly surprised at the results that Adrian and his team have provided us. Not only did they clean up the leaves from our previous landscaping company (which hadn’t been done for 2 years), but they have brought our yards back into a state of health which makes us proud once again of our strata.Adrian is quick, thorough, and pays attention to detail. He is also extremely willing to take on small, last-minute improvements for reasonable costs. My strata and I look forward to working with UPSCALED YARDS for the foreseeable future.
