We had a terrible experience with snow removal, after a good experience with tree removal.

Centi had previously committed (and confirmed) to clearing snow, but then simply did not show up for over two days, despite repeatedly saying he was coming and 'on the way.' Snow removal was needed - our tenants could not get out to work.

Really disappointing, as we had a great experience with him removing a tree. This is why not 1 star.
