We began as customers of GMK for plowing services where Garret or his crew consistently came at 5:30am to plow and hand shovel where necessary (without our request) enabling us to arrive at work, an hour away, by 7am. The team did this regardless of the amount of snow. When we began our pool restoration project, we interviewed Garret along with another big name, well established, company. His quote was by far the most realistic. Conversationally, it was evident he would also take great care with our project. Over the course of the rainiest and hottest summer on record, Garret and his team worked tirelessly - sometimes in the dark - to be certain the job was done right. (See "before" and "after" photos). To ensure customer satisfaction, he was meticulous in the expectations of his work and the job site. This included completing small, meaningful touches to the job, without additional charges and being flexible to change-order requests. Regardless of day or time, he was and is, responsive to all queries.
