Habib is a thorough professional from start to end. He installed interlocking for our backyard and our side walkway. We used to have water draining issues and Habib's work corrected the problems. Now the water drains quickly and correctly. He visited our property in Fall 2021, did a review and provided us a quote on the spot. He arrived in late spring 2022 and finished the work on time. His suggestions were very reasonable and ended up looking very nice. There were no surprises. He asked our feedback during the work. He finished on time and left no mess after the job. We had a small entrance walkway that needed replacing. We had already picked out the block that we wanted before meeting Habib and he had no problems with accommodating our selection. His schedule was very busy but he still accepted the job as long as I wasn’t in a hurry for him to start, which I was okay with as long as it was done before winter, as the old walkway wouldn’t last through another winter and was very unsafe.The block we chose was very large and I was concerned how it would look in such a small area with trying to match the pattern layout that is suggested by the manufacturer. I briefly mentioned this to Habib and he said it wouldn’t be a problem and that he would make it work. The day he installed it he did his own pattern layout so that it would look uniform and not like a bunch of useless cuts and sizes of block that looked out of place. He even designed the level of the block to come up high enough to meet the same height of the concrete garage floor, so that when we get the driveway paved it will be all the same level, and made a cut in the pavement for me so that I can remove the small piece to temporarily make an asphalt ramp up to the block height until we get the driveway paved.In a day and age where customer service and attention to detail is very hard to find, it was a pleasure doing business with Habib as he genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend HM Outdoors.
