We recently had Land Master contracting transform our front yard, including installing an interlock driveway and pathway, softscaping with trees, shrubs, and various small gardens, as well as a full lighting and irrigation system. From start to finish, working with Sam, the owner, was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable, very approachable, and easy to communicate with, making sure our design was implemented exactly as planned.

The team executed everything flawlessly and delivered excellent results, paying close attention to detail. The yard looks beautiful and functional, exactly as we had envisioned.

We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Land Master and Sam to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled landscaping services.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam and his crew a few years ago and could not be happier with our front and backyard. They even came by recently to check in and see that all was still in order. The construction has held up very well after nearly five years with virtually no maintenance. We have referred Landmaster to two family members both of which had great outcomes with their landscaping projects. Given the care and quality that we have experienced with Sam and his crew we would not hesitate to recommend Landmaster again and again!

We worked with Land Master on our home landscape last year. It was a pleasure working with Sam and his team. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the final result was beautiful. The Land Master team committed to a project timeline and completed the project without any delays. Even when we faced challenges during installation (issues with supply, grading and design) or things didn't go as planned Sam and his team worked hard to find the best solution. On our property we have a significant grade and the team was able to balance the grade and our vision for to find a design that worked for us. In addition to the patio the team completed the sod installation, planting, lighting and irrigation system - was amazing to be able to work with them to complete and manage the entire project. Thanks again to the Sam and the Land Master Team and we would recommended them.

We used Sam and his crew to execute a design and build. We told him our vision and he helped us on the design. Our scope included new fence with 6x6 posts, stone stairs, interlock, natural gas fire pit, rock garden using armour stone, new columnar trees, new sod and irrigation in front and back. Given the demand on materials last summer, they worked hard travelling to many places to get the materials to finish our job.

Sam was honest and gave us advice on where we should spend our money and what to avoid. His crew was professional and maintained an orderly worksite. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The job was finished on time and on budget. Sam even continues to follow up with us the year after it was done to ensure we are satisfied. Highly recommend Land Master Contracting for landscaping!

Sam and his crew recently finished a backyard patio for us in September, and we are very happy with the results! Sam was very responsive and was happy to answer any questions leading up to and during the project. He even met with us at the stone yard so that we could see and pick out our stones. During the project, his crew was always courteous and respectful of the property. They always made sure that the site was organized and clean at the end of each day. Highly recommended!
