Spencer, Ethan, Shelby and Resource Land Care Land Care Rocked my yard.
I have also hired Haven Hub. I would not do this again. I was lucky to have a co-contractor who did finish my yard. But at this point Haven Hub has not paid the balance to the co-contractor and in Idaho you can put a Lein on a home. I will have to pay them and go after Haven Hub. All the people that I had contact with no longer work there. They don’t answer their phone, emails, and have no contact at all. Donit hire Haven Hub they are a horrible company!!!!!!!!!

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!! I truly regret hiring HavenHub for my backyard project. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28.

No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing, and then came back to threaten to break it up because “Havenhub didn’t pay them for their works done”. And another guy who helped that team came to warn us that he thinks they are doing it wrong.

Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment and. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company.
Also, the only person who actually kept decent communication with us was the sales guy who sold it to us, but strangely enough he ended up getting kicked out of all company stuff and fired for no reason.
WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK SO WE CAN QUICKLY HIRE A NEW COMPANY TO GET IT DONE BEFORE THE SNOW MELT AND RAIN CREATES LAND SLIDE!!!

This is all that’s been done after 3 months of it’s supposed “completion date”

I conducted a very large landscaping project for my backyard. After seeking and discussing several proposals, it was clear that the HavenHub proposal was the best selection for me. It was fairly priced, comprehensive, and presented the project proposal with sufficient detail to know I’d get what I wanted. Hats off to Dan who handled that element of the proposal. The Project Manager, Juan, couldn’t have been more professional and helpful; the crews he had were exceptionally talented, careful, and knowledgeable. Juan was available 24/7 when I needed anything, which was rare. The crews were frequently checking in with me on details to be sure I was satisfied. If I wasn’t satisfied, which was rare, the teams simply adjusted the work to my satisfaction. There was ZERO hassles on anything. I learned quickly that I could trust Juan and his staff and subcontractors completely. Along the way, Juan and Francisco (a primary subcontractor) made suggestions in light of the topography and the results I wanted. Francisco was on site nearly everyday and could explain the whys and hows of anything I wanted to know. His crews were just the best i could have hoped for. Juan was efficient in including all the puts and takes so I knew exactly at all times what I was paying for and what credits I would receive. As you can tell, I had a terrific experience and terrific result at at fair price. I can’t say enough good things about the results. We’ve all had home improvement projects go off the rails. Hiring HavenHub was an excellent decision!

She was absolutely lovely to work with—always responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized.

Haven hub in Arizona just completed my front yard remodel. We’ve lived in our house for 15 years so the front yard definitely needed an upgrade. I walked through my design ideas and wants with Brandon Brown the designer, who saw my vision the same way I did. He put together a 3-D rendering that was exactly what I wanted. The crew did an amazing job, cleaned up after themselves, even raked the rocks in the areas they did not remodel and performed everything in a timely and professional manner. Haven hub provided everything they said they would. Everything about the process was smooth and handled with professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend using them.
