Second time I’ve used Bloom this year. First was for an emergency French drain. This time was for a patio/hard scraping. In both cases work started and finished on schedule (What? No, really!), price was competitive, crew was great, clean up was complete and both my wife and I were impressed with final product. The owner, Jose, does the estimation and visits periodically during work. Nice to have the boss on site. Roy was our hands-on site lead for both jobs; knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. Highly recommend this company.
Jose came right out to review my property. I was having some bushes pulled out, yard graded, deck removed and new patio installed. I was invited out to the Bloom yard to look at pavers and Roy helped me with design. They were able to schedule the job quickly - showed up on the day of install and were there several days completing the project. The team was hard working. After completion, I had a few things for them to come back and take care of - which they did immediately. I could not be happier with my new patio and other areas they worked on.
Their work was fantastic! I had 2 french drains installed, including a large one around my swimming pool. In my case, I had an urgent need to get the job down quickly and both Erica and Jose were understanding and found a way to juggle their schedule to get it done. Their price was very reasonable and the results were far better than what I anticipated. I would highly recommend them.
We bought our house in York County in 2015, I have dealt with many landscaping companies some good, some bad. I am very pleased with Bloom Lawn and Landscaping. Bloom has now been doing landscaping for us for a few years and recently completed a really nice patio installation. The managers are really nice and the crews are really nice also, they did alot of extra little things like cleanup our leaves when they did the patio. I am posting pictures of the work they did. their plant selection is really nice, we wanted low maintenance and other companies recommended and wanted to install different size hollies and other colonial and native shrubs, but we didn't want that, we wanted low maintenance and high impact and that's exactly what bloom proposed.
Being in the residential property management field for as long as I have, I have dealt with many landscaping companies and am very pleased with Bloom Lawn and Landscaping. Bloom has now been doing landscaping for one of my properties for over 2 years and what a difference they have made. I personally respect that the owner himself takes a very hands on approach and is available anytime I have reached out to him. When there is an issue or any concerns, they are addressed once brought to their attention. I am very pleased with the overall curb appeal they have brought and maintain for the Jamestown Apartments.
