When I chose this company the conversation was business. Once I gave my permission to have the work done things went in a different direction. The next day the truck showed up with topsoil/seed mixed and straw. The young man knocked and proceeded to spread the mixture with a shovel. He stated he would let me know when he was done so that I could review the finished product. He did not! He left later stated he knocked and rang the bell and got no response. Untrue, as I was inside the house all day. When I checked he was gone and the backyard flowerbed had soil/seed. When I called he stated he wasn't sure if he should fill it in or not. He didn't ask.
So he proceeded to fill it in no questions asked. He put down no straw anywhere though he had it in the bed of the truck. When I contacted the company he called back and stated it wasn't necessary because the seed is mixed with the soil and they would generate faster without the straw. Well tell that to the birds! ??????
A new crew was sent back two days later and did what they could to remove the soil/seed from the back flowerbed , still no straw. ??However, the birds (all shapes/sizes and colors) have converged on my yard for feeding on the seeds. I have had to open the doors quickly to frighten them away. I also have gone out and purchased balloons to put in the yard to discourage them from coming to feed on the seeds.
This has been a ?? night/day mare all because this company gave me lip service not customer service. Though they knew there were problems as I had already called and made the company aware, they still/quickly ?? charged my credit card for the second/final payment. ????? Run don't walk and take a second or third ?? look at this company before you give them your business.
I am very displeased and disappointed with how I was treated and what I ended up with for my money!!! ??

The landscaping service was excellent. The foreman on our project, Anthony Wilson was phenomenal!! He made suggestions and had valuable recommendations which made sense for our property. Mr. Wilson went above and beyond to accommodate my company during the project as he pivoted with each change that we made. He made the landscaping experience on the property easier due to the time constraints. I would recommend The Vine Landscaping as the entire company was very outstanding. Mr Wilson and his crew were very professional. Simply the best. The property never looked better.

The Vine is such a great company to work with. Not only is the owner a veteran, like I am, they have integrity in their work! They kept up with my property maintenance all year long from lawn mowing to mulch installation and fall cleanup. Each time a team member came out, I was able to chat with them and make sure we were on the same page. Even if there was ever miscommunication, we would work through it together and find the right solutions for my property. I do recommend them to anyone!

Hiring Vine Landscaping has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a service provider. Our yard is in worse condition now than before they started.
• The crew was unprofessional—standing around, kicking our kids’ soccer ball, and even sitting on our trampoline, which they broke.
• Several employees openly complained that their own boss “has no clue what he is doing,” which says everything about the lack of leadership.
• The sod they installed was already dead when it went in, and no one came back to replace it.
• The ground was not graded properly, leaving multiple areas where water now pools.
• Despite calling their office several times, we never got a meaningful response or even notice of when they would arrive.

We’ve since had another licensed company assess the damage, and their report confirmed Vine Landscaping’s work was done incorrectly. We now face nearly $9,000 in extra costs to regrade, install a French drain, and replace the sod.

This company has shown no accountability, no professionalism, and no quality in their work. We strongly caution anyone considering them-save yourself the stress, the money, and the damage to your property.

The Vine Landscaping has been incredible to work with! They transformed our yard with a gorgeous, professional design that completely elevated our curb appeal. Everything was installed with care and attention to detail. Everyone compliments it and pictures do not do it justice!

We also opted into their maintenance plan, which has made a huge difference. They keep everything looking fresh and polished without us having to lift a finger. It’s been such a relief knowing our yard is in good hands, and the quality of their work really shows week after week.
