We have used Aspen Outdoor Designs for the past 20 years. They have now done 5 big projects for us at 3 different homes. The most recent was this past fall at our new home - a landscape and hardscape project working around a new pool we were having installed. From design to implementation, they have always been great to work with. Their crews perform their work meticulously and the end results are always amazing. After our initial experience 20 years ago, we have never considered using anyone else!

My deck was rotting from the inside out. Aspen was recommended to me by a friend. I found them to be highly professional. The crew was courteous and timely. The work was completed as discussed and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I’d gladly use them again for future projects.

Aspen is an amazing company that takes pride in delivering what was promised and more so. The designer thought outside of the box and gave us an entryway that was unexpected but perfect for our needs.

The carpentry crew was top notch, always at our house as promised and cleaned up at the end of each day. (We have had experience with other contractors who didn’t show up when promised and left so bad a mess that neighbors complained. But not Aspen!)The quality of the workmanship was perfection.

I cannot say enough good things about what it was like to work with the entire Aspen team from first contact, through the design, execution, and follow-up on project completion.

This was not a small deck renovation, it was a multi-month 6 figure backyard transformation on a difficult building site. Throughout the entire project the Aspen team was communicative and proactive. When there were small deviations to the plan, they told us, explained why, and worked with us to find the solution that would improve the design or make it right.

The onsite team cared about the job site, they left the site tidy after every workday and ensured to bring the areas that they had used to stage all materials back to the same standard they found it or better. The supers for each area (landscape, hardscape, electric, etc) were frequently on the project checking and rechecking every minute detail. Our designer was onsite multiple times throughout ensuring every rock, paver, plant, and light was in the right place. He had multiple ideas throughout the project that he discussed with us that ended up adding to the overall finished project to tie everything together perfectly!

As for project scope - we have a 20'+ elevation from the top of our back yard to the lakefront, not an easy construction site. They created 3 different elevations to allow us to enjoy the full expanse of our back yard from the first step out the door to the patio by the lake. The final design is breathtaking and has allowed us to enjoy every bit of our yard. We cannot wait for next summer to furnish the entire area and get to relax in our new oasis!

We have now used Aspen at our last two homes and have been pleased with design and quality of both the materials and the workmanship.
