Tyler did an excellent job helping us by installing drains in our basement window wells. He came out to evaluate our situation, came up with a plan that he explained well, and then executed the plan. He kept us updated along the way. Our yard was neat and tidy throughout and after the project was completed. Highly recommend!
Tyler was excellent to work with regarding design, cost and providing the final product. He is transparent when discussing details of the project and is hardworking! Tyler was extraordinarily patient and thorough with us as our project scope kept changing from a simple drainage job to something much bigger due to the amount of water we get in our backyard which caused non-moving puddles and leakage into our basement window wells.The scope was an extensive drainage network that daylights to the street. This included installation of "mini" french-drains, large catch basins, and downspout extensions. Along with re-grading dirt, edger work, mulching, laying seed and sod.We had a lot of back and forth communication and he came out to my home several times to answer questions and always responded promptly to my texts.There was some confusion with scope of work because of so many iterations that were made. It was totally understandable that it was lost in communication, but adjustments were made with ease. I think for the massive project and frequent iterations, needed a little better documentation to make sure we were on the same page. Honestly, not a big deal though. It was a massive undertaking to do this job, and he did it well, and made any corrections as needed.Highly recommend Tyler for sure! He is very responsive and cares about the quality of his work. He makes sure his work is presented well. After he finished the job, he even came back to check how the drainage was performing after a rainy day. Professional, responsive, and courteous. Would do business with again. Thanks again!Will try to upload final photos once the grass is all grown back!
Tyler and his team did a great job on our landscaping project. He communicated well throughout the project. Tyler worked with us with any changes we made and corrected enexpected drainage issues we had that we were unaware of. He came back during a rain to make sure everything was OK. Tyler is a very hard working person. We will call him for future projects we may have. Before and after pictures below.
