When we were ready to rework our back yard leisure area, we were referred to Bayview Landscaping by a trusted friend in the Construction Industry. From the beginning, Mike and Marcus were both responsive and highly creative in their approach to our rather large and complicated project. Once their team arrived on site, it was full speed ahead. When issues arose, as they always do, both Marcus and Mike were on site quickly, ready to do whatever it took to identify and execute a solution. This extreme commitment to customer satisfaction really sets them apart from others that we have experienced in the past. We would definitely work with them again in the future.

Towards the end of the project I was speaking with Mike and Marcus and let them know I had purchased a shed to store the cushions when not being used. This was not in the proposal. They asked where I was planning to put it. I showed them and mentioned I would put it on patio stones. They agreed on the location, asked for the dimensions, and a few days later they built a concrete pad for the shed and secured the floor to it. It looks spectacular.
I spent a year trying to find someone to help and in walked Mike and Marcus. Our yard was dated and run down before the Team at Bayview had a hand in its transformation. The Company is honest, trustworthy, talented, professional, caring and kind. They worked with us from beginning to end in the massive undertaking. We couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work provided. Both Mike & Marcus have an impeccable attention to detail. Instead of rushing through the job to get to the next one, they took the time to ensure everything was done properly from start to finish.They provided an initial blueprint for the entire project including drawings/pictures/video - every little detail was accounted for. The project included all outdoor areas surrounding our home with new patio stones, retaining walls, irrigation system, landscape lighting, fence and sod. It was a massive undertaking but we were thrilled with their work. They also alleviated a lot of our stress and work by coordinating various aspects of the job including electrician (hot tub connection), gas (custom fire pit table) and irrigation (9 zone system). It was the most seamless turnkey experience we’ve had - we can't recommend them enough.And if you want to know the type of people they are: They noticed our neighbour was doing his own landscaping project so they helped him source the materials they needed to complete the job and arranged to have it delivered for them - something they didn’t have to do but wanted the neighbours to be happy while our work was being completed.
